Vermicular 20cm Oyster Gray Yukihira Pot

Material: Cast iron enamel
Brand: Vermicular
Finish Type: Enamel
Care Instructions: Hand wash
Sear and simmer - that's all it takes to create dishes bursting with the natural flavors of your ingredients. This cooking experience will transform your everyday home cooking, redefining what you expect from a yukihira pot.
Despite being a yukihira pot, it excels at searing. Thanks to Vermicular's unique Instant Evaporation Enamel, it achieves searing performance comparable to Vermicular frying pans.
The cast iron, thinned to an extreme, features a hammered pattern. The combination of highly heat-retaining cast iron and the heat-efficient hammered texture allows for ideal heat control in a short time. Your daily home cooking will be even more delicious in less time.

Cleaning is as simple as washing with regular detergent and a sponge. No complicated care like aluminum pots, and no verdigris like copper.
Despite being cast iron, the thickness has been reduced to 1.6mm, making it light enough to handle with one hand.
Compatible Heat Sources: Gas, Induction, Halogen, Oven
Size: Diameter (inner) 20cm, Width (including handle) 36.5cm, Depth (including spout) 21.6cm, Height 7.8cm, Total Height 11cm
